Can you ship to a PO Box?

We prefer to ship orders to a physical address, though we can send to a P.O. Box as long as the goods aren't liquids or Dangerous Goods.

How do I know the cost of freight?

A flat fee of $10.45 incl. gst is charged for each order sent within Southeast Queensland broadly defined as the area boarded by Toowoomba, metropolitan Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.

The cost of shipping to all other areas is according to size and weight of your order. This is only calculated upon despatch.

When will I receive my order?

Items ordered before 9:30am in the Brisbane metro area should be delivered the same day.

Orders received after 9:30am will be delivered next day.

Orders received before 2pm from Queensland outside of  the Brisbane metro area and NSW will be delivered the next day.
